GCS Summer Party

• Date: Saturday, 5 July
• Time: 5 - 10 pm
• Location: International Club Berlin e.V., Thüringerallee 5-11, 14052 Berlin
• Dress code: Smart casual; no t-shirts, jeans, shorts, or flip-flops.

• Catering

  • Welcome drink: bubbly or orange juice

  • Food

    • BBQ (prawns, chicken, pork, Thüringer sausages, halloumi, veggies)

    • Salads, potatoes, corncobs

    • Pudding: tiramisu w/ berries, panna cotta w/ mango

  • Drinks: wine (red/rosé/white), beer, mineral water

• Please note: To keep prices down and prevent excessive drinking, the beverages budget has certain limits. When they are reached, additional drinks will be paid individually.

• 27 November, 6pm: Annual Christmas Dinner for all alumni of Cambridge and Oxford

• What: Cash bar and complimentary wine (while it lasts...)
